The processing of such data will be performed using the same methods as those provided for personal data and will be carried out exclusively for the purposes of selecting a job candidate.
NATURE OF THE DATA DISCLOSURE
The disclosure of data to our Company is optional, but any refusal to disclose data will make it impossible for the Company to assess a job application.
DISCLOSURE OF DATA TO THIRD PARTIES
The data may be disclosed to people, companies or organisations specifically appointed, such as employment companies or agencies, collaborators, professional persons, consultants or other subsidiary or associated companies, including those located abroad. Furthermore, the data may be processed on behalf of the Company by staff employment companies or agencies in order to obtain a first assessment of your work profile. Within our Company, the data will be placed at the disposal of the employees of the staff recruitment department, as well as the people in charge of the sectors in which there may be a vacant position.
THE RIGHTS OF THE PARTY CONCERNED
Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 acknowledges numerous rights to the parties concerned and a brief reminder is given of such rights as follows: the right to obtain confirmation of the data, the updating, correction, or integration as well as a declaration that such variations have been made known to those to whom the data were sent, the right to oppose, for legitimate reasons, the processing of such data, the right to oppose the processing of the data for commercial or advertising reasons or for market research, as well as the right to obtain the cancellation or blockage of the data, as provided for by the terms of the law.
