Boil the half paccheri and stuff them with sweet and sour onions.

Season the dish with the fried golden anchovies, the fresh anchovies, the mince of peppers and basil.

Decorate with a little fresh basil and complete the dish with Balsamic Vinegar to add a note of sweetness.
